I have completed the PACER (Post Acute COVID-19 Exercise and Rehabilitation) Project training provided by the American Physical Therapy Association. I am an avid lifelong learner and am always researching, participating in training and continuing education for current evidenced based practices.

My pledge to you is:

  • I will follow CDC guidelines to protect you, me and our community.
  • I will disinfect all equipment used during sessions and between clients.
  • I will provide you with a mask and wear one if you request.
  • I will strategize with you for the best health practices to exercise safely as you interact with family, friends and your community.
